During the atuomatic activation process the computer needs to be constantly connected to the Internet. But there might still occur some problems even though the connection is ok. The firewall of your computer system might block the traffic. In order to successfull run the activation wizard you need to modify your firewall settings in a way, that it allows all traffic from Visual Components software.
If the problem cannot be solved by changing the firewall settings, try the manual activation.
