If you for some reason do not want similar interfaces to match the easiest way to separate them is to add a 'Compability Integer' Section Field to the interface. The Compability Integer is a plain integer that can be set to any number.
A matching interface must now have all the Section Fields in the same order including a similar 'Compability Integer' Section Field with the same integer defined.
