Problems with activation can only be solved by checking that the following requirements are met.
1. Your computer must be connected to the internet
2. You must have administrator rights for both, installation and activation
3. Your firewall must allow traffic from Visual Components software
4. Confirm you have the right software product installed
5. Confirm you have the right version installed
6. Verify you have the correct key and it is free for activation
7. Verify your computer clock is set to the correct date and time
If all above mentioned requirements are met, and you are still unable to activate your software,
please contact us or your closest reseller and send us the following information:
1. Which operating system are you using?
2. Which key are you trying to activate?
3. Send us the environment.env file which you find under
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAMEHERE]\Local Settings\Application Data\Visual Components\3.3
VISTA: C:\Users\[USERNAMEHERE]\AppData\Local\Visual Components\3.3
